Man from Indiana County Sentenced to 65 to 130 Years for Double Homicide in 2016

A 25-year-old man named Nathaniel Price from Indiana County has been given a prison sentence of 65 to 130 years. This comes after he pleaded guilty to murdering Timothy Gardner and Jaqueline Brink in 2016. Following Price’s admission to two counts of third-degree murder and other charges, Attorney General Michelle Henry declared the verdict.

Judge Thomas M. Bianco accepted the plea which was made by Price. Price, along with his co-defendants, committed the robbery and murder of Gardner and Brink at their residence.

According to the investigation conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police, Gardner was subjected to physical assault with a metal bar during the robbery, which ultimately led to Price’s fatal attack. Brink, a witness to the crime, was murdered by Price.
