In 2019, a heated dispute that took place in a kitchen resulted in the death of a man from Montgomery. The incident led to the arrest of another man who was charged with murder.
Daryl Bailey, the District Attorney of Montgomery County, has announced that Shariko Smith has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for the murder of Marcus “Dale” Martin.
On April 30, 2019, Martin extended an invitation to Smith to come over to his residence located in the 1200 block of Woodbridge Drive. It was not the first time Smith had visited Martin’s house.
