While on the job in Philadelphia, a delivery man in his sixties was the victim of a shooting and a carjacking, which left him with significant injuries. Since the suspect is still at large, the neighborhood is living in constant fear. A firearm was found at the scene of the crime after it was discovered that the victim’s vehicle had been taken.
