According to authorities, a Halloween party that took place in Azusa turned into a violent incident on Sunday night. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received reports of a stabbing incident at around 10:30 p.m. on Banewell Avenue in the 5400 block.
According to the police, while reporting the stabbing incident to the 911 dispatcher, the caller also reported a shooting. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies discovered four individuals suffering from gunshot wounds and one individual with a stab wound.
The suspects managed to escape the scene before the arrival of the deputies. However, no descriptions of the suspects have been made public yet.
It is still unclear what condition the victims are in following the shooting and stabbing incident. The motive behind the attack has yet to be determined.
