According to court documents, a child’s death in Autauga County has led to the indictment of a Prattville man. This news comes as a tragic development for the community.
According to court records, instead of pursuing Harwell’s detention without bail, the state opted to request a $1 million bond, which was ultimately granted. As of now, Harwell is being held at Autauga County Jail.
According to court records, if Harwell is able to post bond, he will be required to wear an ankle monitor in addition to complying with all bond conditions as stipulated by law.
The arraignment for the indictment against Harwell is scheduled for September 27th.
