Fatal Double Shooting Kills One in Newark

Mocobizscene- Jaquill D. Swain was discovered with a gunshot wound in the 100 block of Dewey Street at approximately 11 p.m. on Friday, February 2, according to Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé and Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II.

At 11:32 p.m., he was pronounced deceased at the scene. An additional wounded individual was transported to a nearby medical facility, where they were treated for non-critical injuries.
