Mocobizscene- The Newark Public Safety Director, Fritz Fragé, is seeking the help of the public to locate Josue Roman, 29, from Elizabeth, for questioning regarding a shooting that took place on January 25. Roman is a white male, standing at 5’11” and weighing 150 pounds. He has a pair of brown eyes.
Roman quickly left the scene after transporting the victim to St. Michael’s Medical Center in a silver Kia Forte.
