Mocobizscene- The Indianapolis police have determined that the death of a woman discovered near a Dollar General variety store on Thursday morning was a homicide.
Around 11 a.m., officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 2100 block of North Mitthoefer Road following a report of a person down. The woman was discovered outside a store situated in a strip mall near the intersection of East 21st Street and Mitthoefer Road.
The Marion County Coroner’s Office was expected to publicly release the name of the woman, according to IMPD. The authorities have not disclosed any details regarding the woman’s injuries, the circumstances surrounding them, or if there is any information about a potential suspect.
