BATAVIA, N.Y. – During Saturday night’s concert at Darien Lake, one person was arrested and six others were sent to court.
Terrance Falk, 24, of Rochester, was accused of hitting a lady and knocking her unconscious, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s office. He was arrested and charged with assault.
The following charges were also issued by authorities:
Six individuals were charged with various offences after causing disturbances at a recent concert.
- Eliecer Angulo, aged 27 and from Rochester, was charged with criminal trespassing for breaching a restricted area by kicking over a fence.
- Stephen Hunter, aged 38 and from Schuyler County, was charged with harassment for pushing and fighting with security.
- Tyrell Lynch, aged 35 and from Niagara Falls, was also charged with harassment for pushing a security officer.
- Megan Kendall, aged 34 and from Buffalo, was charged with obstructing governmental administration for interfering with deputies who were making an arrest.
- Jayson Lazan, aged 46 and from Buffalo, was charged with harassment for allegedly punching someone at the concert.
- Giovanni Paige-Mota, aged 21 and from Rochester, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, harassment, and disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance and fighting with deputies.
All of them were given appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court on September 5.
