Man From The Wallkill Town Is Accused Of Rape And Incest

Crawford Town Police have arrested and charged a 51-year-old male from the Town of Wallkill with rape, criminal sexual act, and incest.After an investigation, Jesse Boniface was apprehended on November 18, when Crawford Police were dispatched to the town in response to a report of a sexual assault.

Without parole, Boniface was remanded to the Orange County Jail following his arraignment. The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the office of the district attorney.
