Abraham Alshawish, the son of the victim, described the severe injuries his father sustained by stating, “A crucial part of his face is detached from a particular section of his bones.”
Abdullah Alshawish’s father is currently in critical condition at Elmhurst Hospital due to internal brain bleeding and a fractured face.
The incident occurred on Monday at approximately 11:20 p.m. at a deli located on the intersection of 64th Street and Broadway.
