Travis Kelce received a not-so-warm welcome during Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, as he was greeted with thunderous boos.
Travis and his teammate, Patrick Mahomes, sat courtside during the game. As they appeared on the video board and were announced, Travis received both cheers and boos from the crowd. Although taken aback by the mixed reaction, he maintained a smile.
Then, when his QB was announced, the reception was much friendlier. The crowd erupted in cheers and PM stood up, hyping up the crowd. Sitting by his side, Brittany basked in her husband’s glow.
Before the game, the Mavs playfully teased Kelce on social media, jokingly stating, “Our guy Pat and @taylorswift13’s boyfriend in the house!”
The Dallas crowd seemed to be more welcoming towards Pat than Trav, and one possible explanation could be Mahomes’ college football background at Texas Tech.
