According to the Washington Post, investigators testified in court on Friday that the assailants stomped on his head on the concrete before pulling his pants down to his ankles and using his own belt to beat him.
According to the police, Brown had disabilities and struggled with mental health issues. Additionally, he had a metal plate in his head and only had two fingers on each hand.
In a statement to News4, a niece of Brown expressed her heartfelt sentiment, stating that her uncle truly did not deserve the unfortunate circumstances.
