Mocobizscene- The authorities have decided to charge the teenager as an adult after he allegedly shot another student following a fight near Miami Northwestern Senior High School. A shocking video was recorded showing the teenage gunman opening fire after the altercation near northwest 12th Avenue and 71st Street on January 11th.
As stated in the arrest report, Both teenagers were at the basketball game as spectators. Following the conclusion of the game, they engaged in a verbal altercation and mutually agreed to engage in a physical confrontation.
Smith is currently being charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery. The judge decided on Saturday to charge him as an adult. Smith will be arraigned on Monday.
