Suspect Charged With Drug Offenses In Connection With Reported Road Rage Shooting And Subsequent Police Pursuit

Mocobizscene – Authorities have identified one of the individuals involved in the recent incident of alleged road rage shooting and subsequent police pursuit that began in California and concluded in Nevada.

23-year-old Ryan Robinson is now facing charges after being arrested in connection with an incident that occurred on Friday night. The incident unfolded when California Highway Patrol tried to pull over a vehicle that was suspected to be involved in a road rage shooting.

The CHP sought assistance from the Nevada State Police and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department after the vehicle fled into Nevada. According to authorities, the vehicle crashed at I-15 and Cactus Avenue, but all the suspects were apprehended when they tried to flee on foot.

Robinson faces charges of possessing a controlled substance and obstructing a public officer. Currently, Robinson has multiple ongoing cases in the court system, dating back to 2023, which include felony drug charges and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. In addition, Robinson has a prior conviction for a DUI charge in 2021. As of now, he is being held in custody at the Clark County Detention Center.
