Shooting victim discovered in northwest Atlanta, transported to Grady Memorial Hospital

Early Monday morning, authorities discovered a man who had been shot in northwest Atlanta.

Early Monday morning, Atlanta police officers were called to the scene on the 900 block of Marietta Street in response to reports of a man who had been shot.

According to the police, it is not believed that the shooting occurred on Marietta Street.

Grady personnel was already on the scene when officers arrived.

According to a spokesperson from the police, the man who has not been identified is currently in serious but stable condition, as reported by Channel 2 Action News.

According to officers, the man is said to be in his 20s.

The shooting is currently under investigation by the police.
