An 81-year-old man from Oklahoma remains missing after a destructive tornado swept through Barnsdall on Monday night.
The family of Kenneth Wayne Hogue continues to search for him.
According to his family, he was in his bedroom at the time the tornado struck. All that remained of his home were cinder blocks.
Tamara Hogue, the daughter-in-law, shared that he had planned to spend his time sitting in his room and listening to the Gospel. She recalled his words, “If the good Lord is ready for me, then that’s where I’m going.”
The search and rescue teams will continue their efforts to locate Kenneth until he is located.
