Robin Williams was truly the kindest person in Hollywood. A former child star from “Mrs. Doubtfire” recently shared a heartwarming story about how Williams stood up for her after she was expelled as a teenager.

Lisa Jakub, who portrayed one of Robin’s onscreen daughters in the 1993 comedy, recently appeared on Matthew Lawrence’s “Brotherly Love Podcast.” During the interview, she revealed that she was expelled from school while filming the movie.

When she was in high school in Canada, she had to take time off from school to shoot the movie. Initially, her school was okay with this arrangement, but later they changed their mind and told her not to return.
