Road closures in Northwest DC due to a protest in front of the Israeli Embassy supporting Palestine

Mocobizscene- A significant gathering of pro-Palestine demonstrators has gathered outside the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C.

The Party for Socialism and Liberation in D.C. has coordinated a protest in support of Palestine. In a recent statement, the group expressed their determination to rally together.

“As Israel and the US pose a threat of invasion on Rafah, the need for mobilization is urgent! We will not be deterred by any form of repression or intimidation.”

On March 2, numerous protests are happening worldwide, including cities like Boston, Rochester, NY, and Detroit. This particular protest is just one among many.Protesters were captured on video, which was shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, chanting the powerful slogan, “long live Gaza.”

Road closures have been reported on Van Ness between Connecticut Avenue and Reno Road due to ongoing “First Amendment Activity.”

Last summer, a 15-year-old boy was taken into custody for his alleged involvement in the murder of a U.S. Special Forces Afghan interpreter. The interpreter, who was working for Lyft in D.C., tragically lost his life due to a fatal shooting.
