Mocobizscene- The Houston Police Department, along with Mayor John Whitmire and other agencies, have provided additional details about the Lakewood Church shooting. They have identified the shooter as Genesse Ivonne Moreno, 36 years old.
According to Chris Hassig, commander of the Houston Police Department Homicide Division, Moreno aimed a gun at an unarmed female security guard, giving her access to the West side of the church.
