Prosecutor Announces Charges Against 55-Year-Old Oakland Man for Threatening to Shoot Police

According to the prosecutor, Todd Gentile was held accountable for a series of social media posts that threatened to shoot law enforcement officers.

Records show that Gentile had been held in the Bergen County Jail after being arrested for making terroristic threats earlier this month.

He is currently being held in custody and will have his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Friday.
