Mocobizscene- According to the New Orleans police, a man was shot and killed in the French Quarter during the early hours of Saturday morning, which happened to be Mardi Gras weekend. The victim, identified as an adult male, had his age and name withheld by the police.
The area was serene and nearly deserted before 8 a.m. A duo of police officers and inconspicuous law enforcement vehicles were momentarily present near the location of the crime.
