Police: Man arrested for assaulting woman at Killingly Park by groping her

On June 7th, Friday, an incident took place in the town of Killingly which is known as the Windham County incident.

A woman who was walking in Owen Bell Park on Town Farm Road was inappropriately and sexually touched by Marc Kaczor, a 36-year-old man, according to Connecticut State Police.

During the interaction, the woman managed to capture a photograph of Kaczor, who resides in Dayville, before he fled on foot.

Authorities took him into custody and accused him of the following charges:

    • Breach of peace;
    • Sexual assault; and
    • Unlawful restraint.

On Monday, June 10, Kaczor is scheduled to make an appearance at Danielson Superior Court, after being held on a bond of $25,000.
