Springfield police announced on Tuesday, June 18, that they had arrested William Wright, 38, following an “extremely lengthy” investigation in collaboration with Bucks County detectives.
The Scenic View Apartments are at the center of an ongoing death investigation, and the police have recently made an arrest related to the case. However, the authorities have not yet disclosed any further details regarding the arrest.
Wright faced multiple charges, including drug delivery resulting in death, criminal use of a communication facility, involuntary manslaughter, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, and manufacture, delivery, or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver.
After being taken into custody, Wright underwent the legal process of being arraigned and was subsequently sent to Bucks County Prison. The bail required for his release was set at a staggering $750,000.
