Overnight repair work underway on McLendon Drive as DeKalb County crews tackle water main leak

DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management (DWM) crews and contractors are working tirelessly through the night to fix a water main on McLendon Drive.

On Monday afternoon, the DWM began investigating reports of a leak on the 42-inch-diameter water main in the McLendon Drive Area.

Repairs were being conducted at 1 p.m.

According to DWM, there are currently no reported water service outages. However, there have been reports of low-to-no water pressure overnight.
