Mocobizscene- The police are currently searching for a shooter who targeted an apartment building in Harlem.
According to authorities, there have been no reports of injuries or any information regarding the motive behind the shooting.
The NYPD has recently made public a surveillance video of the suspect, who can be seen engaged in a phone conversation while smoking a cigarette outside a building. According to authorities, the suspect is described as a bald man with a dark complexion. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a gray jacket adorned with white graphics, which was part of his winter attire.
