NYPD reports a woman was fatally shot and concealed in a bag on a Manhattan street

Nisha Ramirez, the woman’s aunt, expressed her confusion and disbelief regarding the incident, stating that they honestly don’t have any idea who would want to harm her niece. She described her niece as a kind-hearted and pleasant individual who grew up in the area, making it difficult for them to understand the motive behind the attack.

According to sources in law enforcement, a video captured a man dragging a bag on an electric wheelchair before authorities discovered a body near a tailor shop. The connection between the man and the case remains unknown at this time.

The cousin of the victim expressed their strong emotions by stating, “It’s completely evil, just pure evil. She may be a victim, but she is certainly not trash.”

According to her family, Williams was a college-educated individual who had a twin brother and an 8-year-old sister. She was all set to start a new job at the NYCHA.

The cousin expressed deep sorrow by stating, “It’s just heartbreaking.”

It is still not clear what led to the woman’s death. The details surrounding the incident remain uncertain.

The incident has been classified as a homicide by the medical examiner. As of now, there have been no arrests made and the investigation is still ongoing.
