No livestock attacks reported during Colorado Wolf Reintroduction

Colorado Parks and Wildlife reports no instances of livestock depredation since the reintroduction of Gray Wolves in Colorado three months ago.

Efforts to reduce conflicts with farmers and ranchers have involved educating them and providing deterrent devices. However, worries remain as wolves continue to expand their territory.

Various measures are being considered to address potential conflicts, including the development of compensation frameworks and the granting of permissions for nighttime killing.
