Mocobizscene-The New York City Police Department reported that officers were called to 240 East 175th Street at around 11:20 p.m. on Monday in response to a 911 report for an assisted kid.
Mother Informed Police That She May Have Given Her Kids Tylonel
The mother, whose name hasn’t been disclosed, informed the police that she might have administered Tylenol to her children as they were experiencing bouts of vomiting.
Police officials do not suspect any criminal activity. According to NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny, all the records indicate that the mother was fully involved in caring for her children. The NYPD has informed that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. The investigation is currently underway.
The Case Appears To Be a Medical Tragedy
According to reports, the mother was taken to a nearby hospital due to emotional distress. The father has been cooperating with the authorities as he was working at the time.
The authorities have stated that both youngsters did not exhibit any visible signs of trauma and no drugs were found in the house. There is also no indication of carbon monoxide poisoning.
