Man from Huntsville apprehended for drug-related offenses, granted a bail of $4 million.

Over the weekend, it was reported that a man from Huntsville has been charged with drug trafficking. The authorities have taken action against him for this alleged crime.

On Friday, July 26th, at 1 a.m., the North Alabama Drug Task Force (NADTF) executed a search warrant on Jonathan Drive, as reported by the Huntsville Police Department (HPD).

After the operation, HPD stated that 36-year-old Trenton Lorenzo Grays was apprehended by NADTF. The authorities seized the indicated quantities of drugs:

    • 13.75 ounces of fentanyl
    • 4 ounces of crack cocaine
    • 6.5 ounces of methamphetamine ice
    • 501 Xanax pills
    • 46 grams of mushrooms
    • 3.2 pounds of marijuana
    • 2.8 pounds of spice (analog)
    • 1.8 grams of ecstasy

According to HPD, Grays had a firearm in his possession and was taken into custody for trafficking an array of drugs, including fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, analogs, and marijuana. The authorities have set his bail at a staggering $4 million, and he has been detained in the Madison County Jail.

After a weeklong investigation into the suspected drug trafficking operations, HPD has made an arrest. It’s important to note that this is an ongoing investigation and there may be additional arrests and charges in the future.
