Man from Carmel arrested in operation targeting child predators

Mocobizscene- A man from Carmel has been arrested following his involvement in a child predator sting set up by an online group. Ethan W. Craun faces charges of child solicitation, which is classified as a Level 4 felony, as well as battery resulting in bodily injury, classified as a Class A misdemeanor.

According to the police, Craun allegedly attempted to seize the phone being used by one of the PCI members to record him, causing a slight injury to the PCI member’s finger.

If Craun is found guilty of a Level 4 felony, he could potentially be sentenced to a prison term ranging from two to 12 years.
