Man, 35, charged with throwing girlfriend onto subway tracks in Lower Manhattan

On Thursday, a man received an indictment.

Last month, I found myself in Lower Manhattan.

Christian Valdez, aged 35, has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly pushed his 29-year-old girlfriend onto the subway tracks at the Fulton Street station.

According to the police, the two individuals were engaged in a heated argument. After the assault, Valdez quickly fled the scene.

Valdez was on parole when the incident occurred, having previously served time in prison for other violent offenses.

He reached out to his parole officer and informed them about the incident.

Valdez was apprehended by the police on March 10th.

The possibility of him spending another 25 years in prison now lies before him.
