Kyle Pitts, the Falcons’ standout, is providing assistance to Atlanta families affected by a fire that displaced them from their apartments

One of the stars of the Falcons team is showing kindness to the victims of an apartment fire that occurred last week.

As he enters his fourth season with the Falcons, Kyle Pitts has stepped up to help families affected by a recent fire on Fairburn Road. He’s generously offering new furniture and additional resources to those who have been displaced, demonstrating his commitment to supporting his community during difficult times.

The fire caused significant damage to one of the apartment buildings situated in the Country Oaks Apartments complex.

Tom Jones from Channel 2 arrived at the scene of the fire as soon as it started and interviewed the affected residents.

Jones was told by tenant Laura Phillips that her kids had lost everything. Phillips had recently gone school shopping and now all of their belongings were gone.

According to the American Red Cross, the fire has affected a minimum of 11 families.

Together with District 10 Council Member Andrea L. Boone, we are proud to make this donation.

Training camp for Pitts and the Falcons is set to begin later this week.
