South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s book has once again stirred controversy, this time due to a factual error claiming that she had met with Kim Jong Un. However, it has been revealed that no such meeting ever took place.
During her appearance on CBS’ “Face The Nation” on Sunday morning, the South Dakota Governor engaged in a discussion about politics and her forthcoming autobiography titled ‘No Going Back’. The show’s host, Margaret Brennan, highlighted a particular passage in Noem’s book where she recounted her encounter with the North Korean dictator.
In a recent clip, Governor Noem addressed the controversy surrounding a passage in her upcoming book. She clarified that the passage, which was brought to her attention, will be removed from the book. Governor Noem stated that she had no knowledge of the story being included in the book. It is worth mentioning that the book is set to be released on Tuesday.
KN, who was once considered a top contender to be former President Donald Trump’s running mate, emphasizes her meetings with foreign leaders when questioned about the issue. However, she admits to making a mistake and assures that the publisher is taking steps to correct it.
