A suspicious death investigation has been initiated by the police in Kansas City, Missouri, following the death of a 7-month-old boy on Thursday.
According to a spokesperson from the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department, officers were summoned to respond to a medical call at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 15th, in the vicinity of E. 53rd Street and Olive Street.
Upon examination, medical professionals at the hospital concluded that the child had experienced severe physical injuries.
The case is currently being investigated by homicide detectives.
