Guilty Plea Entered by Robber in Little Egg Harbor Shooting That Caused Victim to Sustain 4 Gunshot Injuries

According to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer, on September 9, 2023, a man visited Marc Manfredonia of Little Egg Harbor and Christopher Miller of Paterson, at a home on East Hudson Drive in Little Egg Harbor. However, the victim was forced out of the house by Manfredonia and Miller who demanded money from him.

After being transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Pomona, he was later discharged from the hospital.

Authorities arrested Miller and Manfredonia at the residence without any issues and later transported them to Ocean County Jail. However, due to New Jersey Bail Reform, the two were eventually released.

Miller still has pending charges for Attempted Murder, Robbery, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.

Manfredonia is set to be sentenced on August 9th, with the State seeking a ten-year term in New Jersey State Prison, in accordance with the No Early Release Act.
