Gang-Related Shooting Kills 2, Injures 1 In South LA

Mocobizscene- Two men were tragically killed in a shooting that occurred inside a vehicle, while another man was found injured a few blocks away from the Broadway-Manchester area of South Los Angeles, according to authorities on Monday.

A desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center reported that the shooting took place at 8 p.m. on Sunday in front of the Hi-Lite Motel located at 10321 S. Broadway.

Two was injured men seated inside a vehicle in front of the motel. Additionally, the third wounded man was at 1094 W. 93rd St. in the unincorporated Westmont area.

All three individuals were immediately transported to hospitals in critical condition, according to the officer. Two men, both in their thirties, were declared dead at the hospital, according to her statement.

The officer mentioned that the hospital was able to stabilize the third man. According to her, the shooting was thought to be related to gang activity. As of now, there is no information available about the suspects involved.
