Florida Man Captured on Video Throwing Chair from High-Rise Arrested by NYPD

A man in New York has been charged with throwing chairs off a building, similar to Morgan Wallen’s recent incident. The act was recorded on video, and the suspect is now facing criminal charges.

Last week, a video circulated on social media that shows a man throwing a wooden chair off a high-rise building in New York City. The footage is incredibly frightening, especially considering that the man reportedly threw other items off the building as well.

According to the NYPD, a man from South Florida, aged 33, was apprehended for throwing furniture off a terrace on the 20th floor of a building in midtown Manhattan. The police report that the accused threw a chair and other pieces of furniture from the building.

According to authorities, the suspect allegedly threw various pieces of furniture, including tables and benches. Additionally, video footage captured what seems to be panels being tossed and fluttering down.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries after the occurrence. The individual who was apprehended is now confronting a multitude of charges, which consist of 3rd-degree burglary, 1st-degree reckless endangerment, 3rd-degree criminal mischief, and 2nd-degree criminal trespassing.

Just 2 months ago, Morgan faced an arrest due to reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. According to witnesses, he drunkenly threw a chair off the rooftop of Chief’s, a six-story bar located in Nashville.

After being arrested, the country singer took responsibility for his actions and apologized for his behavior. He also made amends for his wrongdoing.
