Early Monday morning, a tragic incident occurred in Bayonne, New Jersey, as a juvenile lost their life in a fire.
At the stroke of midnight, a fire erupted in a residence located on Avenue C.
Witnesses reported observing intense flames emanating from the windows of the residence.
The investigation into the fire, which resulted in the loss of one young life, is currently being conducted by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.
It is currently unknown who the young person who lost their life in the fire was, as well as what caused the fire.
There is currently an ongoing investigation.
Seven people from three families are receiving emergency assistance from the Red Cross. This aid includes temporary lodging, food, clothing, and other necessities to address their immediate needs.
