Deputies searching for man accused of stealing $3M worth of copper and other metals in Macon

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is currently in pursuit of an individual who stands accused of orchestrating the theft of valuable copper and other metals, amounting to millions of dollars.

Daniel Clayton Hobbs is being sought after for a burglary incident that occurred on Riverside Park Blvd. in Macon.

According to the sheriff’s office, Hobbs is accused of stealing metals worth around $3 million.
