Court dates scheduled for three individuals charged with fentanyl trafficking

Mocobizscene-  Three suspects arrested by the District Attorney’s Task Force and charged with trafficking in fentanyl have upcoming court dates in Newkirk.

Autumn Bailey Creppel, aged 29, and Mickey Ray Hutchison, aged 30, both residents of Ponca City, were apprehended alongside Jessica Trara Storm Porter, aged 30, from Pawhuska. The trio was taken into custody following a routine traffic stop on U.S. 60, located east of Waverly.

On January 16th, officials were keeping a close eye on the Double N Motel. They had received a report that Hutchison was staying at the motel, which prompted them to conduct surveillance. Hutchison had a warrant out for his arrest for being an accessory to murder. (see story)

Hutchinson and two females left the room and got into a vehicle, driving west on U.S. 60, according to officials. Deputy John Garcia and a trooper conducted a traffic stop for a felony. Creppel was identified as the driver, while Porter was confirmed to be sitting in the front passenger seat. Hutchison, on the other hand, was seated in the back seat.

According to officials, Hutchison struggled for at least five minutes to exit the vehicle.

During the search of the vehicle, authorities discovered a variety of illicit items. These included two firearms, approximately 1.4 pounds of methamphetamine, nearly 160 fentanyl pills, and scales with white residue. Additionally, a black Pelican box was found and subsequently examined. Inside the box, law enforcement officials discovered oxycodone and fentanyl test kits.

According to agents, they discovered a pistol, marijuana, fake urine, and $248 in currency inside Creppel’s purse.

Creppel and Porter are currently being charged with two felony counts. These charges include aggravated trafficking in fentanyl, conspiracy to commit aggravated trafficking in fentanyl or aggravated trafficking in meth, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, unlawful use of a police radio, harboring a fugitive from justice, and two misdemeanor drug charges. The bond for Creppel has been set at $150,000.

Porter has been transferred to the Noble County Jail. Hutchison is facing three separate legal cases. The charge of accessory murder has been changed to accessory to after the fact murder. In the second case, Hutchison is facing the same charges as Porter and Creppel. The bond for both cases has been set at $500,000.

Hutchison is currently facing felony charges for pointing a firearm and possessing a firearm after being convicted.

According to reports, Hutchison is facing accusations of allegedly holding a man at gunpoint inside a trailer located in the 2900 block of North Union. The incident escalated when Hutchison threatened to harm the individual if they attempted to leave the premises.

Seizing an opportunity, the male managed to escape to another nearby trailer while Hutchison was occupied in the bathroom. Following this, Hutchison promptly left the area. As a result of these charges, Hutchison’s bond has been set at $250,000.
