The Central Park slashing incident has prompted the NYPD to release security camera images of two individuals who are being sought for questioning. The images were captured by surveillance cameras in the vicinity of the crime scene. The NYPD hopes that public assistance will help in identifying the individuals in question.
According to police, a group of suspects engaged in an argument with a man on Saturday morning.
Afterwards, the culprits fled in a westerly direction along west 66th street.
After the incident, the victim, who is 42 years old, was immediately transported to Mount Sinai West Hospital. Thankfully, the victim’s condition was stable at the time of the transfer.
The latest surveillance footage depicts the pair leaving a subway station.
