A woman was fatally stabbed with a sword in San Dimas. The incident occurred recently and has left the community in shock. The details of the incident are still unclear, but it is believed that the attacker used a sword to carry out the brutal attack. The identity of the victim has not been released, and the motive behind the attack is yet to be determined. The authorities are investigating the matter, and more information will be released as the investigation progresses.

Nearly two weeks ago, a woman was charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for allegedly using a sword to kill her wife and seriously injure her mother-in-law.

District Attorney George Gascón expressed that the unfortunate case highlights the pervasive issue of domestic violence that affects numerous individuals throughout the country.

If found guilty, Weichien Huang, 44, may receive a life sentence for the two charges filed against her, which include murder and attempted murder. The prosecution has included additional charges of causing serious bodily harm to a person over 70 years of age and using a sword while committing the crimes.

The mother-in-law, despite sustaining severe wounds, managed to wrestle the sword away from Huang and bravely ran outside to seek help. Sadly, Fei lost her life at the scene, but fortunately, her mother survived the attack and is currently in stable condition, as confirmed by the investigating authorities.

On July 24, Huang was hospitalized before being booked, and it is expected that prosecutors will request a $3 million bail during her arraignment on July 29.
