Mocobizscene- Dr. Kozhaya Sokhon, a cardiologist at AdvaCardio in The Woodlands, Texas, has been arrested and is facing allegations of engaging in inappropriate sexual conduct with multiple patients.
According to a press release from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on February 2, numerous patients have lodged similar complaints against Dr. Sokhon.
Dr. Sokhon, a healthcare provider, is currently facing charges of indecent assault. This is not the first time Dr. Sokhon has found himself in legal trouble. In 2022, he and 14 other physicians were required to pay $2.83 million to settle False Claims Act allegations.
