Car collides with motorcycle, resulting in motorcyclist being hospitalized near Gwinnett County Kroger

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital following a collision with a car.

On Thursday, the Lilburn Police received a call to respond to an incident at the Kroger grocery store located on Lawrenceville Highway at Beaver Ruin Village.

A collision occurred at the intersection when a motorcyclist and a car collided at the traffic light at the east entrance of the location, according to police.

The motorcyclist sustained severe injuries and was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

Several lanes on Lawrenceville Highway were closed from Beaver Ruin to the traffic light in front of Popeye’s while officers carried out their investigation.

The police also shared a video of the incident.
