Mocobizscene– Alabama authorities have successfully apprehended 15 individuals on various charges, including electronic solicitation of a minor, attempted human trafficking, and traveling to meet a minor. This commendable operation comes after months of meticulous planning, as reported by WSFA.
On December 7, 2023, Leon Johnson, a 50-year-old man, engaged in inappropriate communication with a minor. As a result, he is currently in custody at Montgomery County Jail, with a bond set at $500,000.

Alabama’s WSFA attended a press conference hosted by the MPD on December 12, 2023. During the conference, the MPD informed the public that these individuals specifically targeted minors using social media, chat rooms, and various online platforms.
Flanzy Harris, a correction officer at Kilby Correctional Center in the state, was among the individuals who were arrested. The Montgomery Police Department (MPD) has reported that at least five of the arrested individuals have already posted bail.
