The Atlanta Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a woman who is believed to have shoplifted from Hibbett Sports on April 23.
According to the police, the woman captured in the surveillance footage is believed to have committed theft by taking several clothing items from the store located on Moreland Avenue.
Around 6 p.m., officers arrived at the store and had a conversation with a representative from the business.
According to the store representative, an unknown woman entered the store and quickly fled with several items, without making any payment.
The APD Larceny Unit is currently investigating a shoplifting incident where the suspect was reported to have fled the store in a white SUV.
