Assault in Hell’s Kitchen renders 2 men unconscious and 1 in critical condition

Authorities are currently on the lookout for an individual who physically assaulted two individuals, resulting in both victims losing consciousness. Tragically, one of the individuals is currently in critical condition due to the severity of the attack. Police are actively investigating the incident to identify and locate the perpetrator responsible for this violent assault.

Around 3 a.m. on Tuesday morning, an incident occurred near the intersection of West 44th Street and 9th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen.

Police report that the individual they are searching for was operating a moped during the incident.

The suspect’s friend, a 38-year-old man, bravely stepped out of a livery car to confront the perpetrator, only to be met with a vicious punch to the face. The blow rendered him unconscious, and he was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition.

Mount Sinai is where the older man is currently receiving care and recuperating.

After the incident, the suspect managed to escape on the moped.
