Mocobizscene-The Alexandria Police Department responded to an assault report at around 11:20 p.m. on Monday in the 5000 block of Seminary Road, according to DC News Now.
Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered an individual who had fallen victim to a BB gun assault, perpetrated by an acquaintance.
The man was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The suspect has been identified by the police as Marcos Santos, Jr., who is 25 years old.
Santos, Jr. has been arrested and is facing charges of malicious wounding. Currently, he is being held without bond.
