ALEA under fire for lack of information on quadruple fatal crash, families searching for answers

One of the families who lost a loved one in a tragic accident on I-65 has spoken out to FOX10 News. The incident occurred in Mobile, Alabama.

Tragically, a car carrying four individuals lost their lives.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency kept quiet about the accident for almost a month, until they finally released information on Thursday. The tragedy had occurred weeks prior.

The wreckage still remains shrouded in mystery.

State troopers have yet to release the official crash report, and it is unclear why it took them so long to disclose any details.

The father who lost his daughter in the crash has his own set of queries.

Sadie Mose, aged 23, lost her life in a single-car accident, as revealed by her father, Ezono Mose.

On the morning of June 17, an incident occurred.

The northbound lanes of I-65 were closed for several hours near Creola’s exit 22 shortly after 6 a.m.

According to the troopers, a vehicle veered off the road, collided with a culvert, and overturned.

Jacoby Ruggs, Sadie Mose, Jamariyah Thomas, and Jaglen Robinson were all in the car being driven.

All of them perished.

Princeton Warren was the lone survivor among the five passengers.

According to Sadie’s father, he sensed that something was amiss on the morning of the accident.

According to Ezono, he had a feeling that something was amiss when his truck, which typically starts without any issues, failed to do so. He explains that this happened on a weekend when he was supposed to go home. Upon reflection, he believes that it was God’s way of preventing him from being on the road when he received the devastating news.

Upon arriving at the scene, Mose was devastated to learn that not only his daughter had passed away, but also her 21-year-old cousin Jamariyah.

ALEA reported that the vehicle ejected Ruggs, Mose, and Thomas.

It has been almost a month since Ezono has been left without any answers, and they feel completely in the dark.

Ezono expressed his frustration, saying that there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the incident. He stated that they don’t know how it happened, what time it occurred, or what caused it. They are left with so many unanswered questions. Ezono emphasized that it’s challenging to deal with the unknown, and some things seem to get ignored or overlooked. He pointed out that there were four families impacted by the incident, and even a young man who lived in the area was affected.

According to Ezono, his daughter was a graduate of Murphy High School and a mother of two little girls.

He is now hoping and praying for peace, not just for his own family, but also for those who are going through the same pain.

Ezono believes that closure is important to people, even though it cannot bring back their loved ones. It is comforting to know what happened and to feel that they have done everything possible. He remembers the woman as a daddy’s girl who had a beautiful smile that could brighten up any room. Ezono misses her smile dearly.

ALEA stated that the reason for the delay was the high number of fatalities. They emphasized the importance of getting everything right before releasing any information.
